Faulty Product Replacement Process:
1. Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide:
– Original purchase receipt
– Unboxing video clearly showing the defect
3. Upon verification, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
4. You do not need to return the faulty product.
